Project Overview

Preppers Meal Prep, a health-conscious meal prep startup, needed foundational support in launching a cohesive brand identity and digital presence. The goal was to create a scalable customer experience across brand, web, and social channels that could grow with the business.

Human-Centered Design Approach

    • Mapped out customer journeys from first impression through ordering, delivery, and re-engagement

    • Developed brand identity including logo concepts, brand colors, and tone of voice guidelines

    • Crafted clear, compelling messaging tailored to each core audience

    • Defined a value proposition focused on healthy convenience, trust, and transparency

    • Provided UX strategy for a responsive, user-friendly website with ordering and subscription capabilities

    • Outlined content strategy for educational posts, recipes, and health tips

    • Advised on social media positioning and marketing cadence to build community and drive retention

      • Delivered an actionable brand and CX roadmap for long-term growth

      • Established a visual and verbal identity that clearly reflects business values

      • Set the foundation for a seamless digital ordering experience with loyalty-building touchpoints

    • Supported the successful launch of CT’s Paid Leave program, serving thousands of users statewide

    • Delivered a Salesforce-based SaaS product tailored to diverse stakeholder needs

    • Created a scalable research and design framework the Authority can continue using post-launch
