Urban League of Greater Hartford (ULGH)

Human-Centered Strategy for Social Impact

Why It Matters

This project illustrates my strength in combining design thinking, community research, and content strategy to deliver measurable value for nonprofit organizations. My work helped ULGH become more user-centered, digitally equipped, and community-aligned in their mission delivery.
