Project Overiew
In partnership with the Urban League of Greater Hartford (ULGH), I led a strategic design engagement focused on modernizing communications, enhancing the digital experience, and aligning outreach with community needs. Our goal was to translate insights into personas, content strategy, and a digital roadmap that could elevate ULGH’s mission and impact.

Built a website roadmap to outline a more intuitive, inclusive, and mobile-friendly digital experience
